Free drop-off for unwanted electronics
E-waste Recyclers are now operating in Taupiri – all unwanted electronics can now be dropped off for free.
Luke Kingi accepts all end-of-life/junk electronics – anything with a plug or battery, including household appliances, computers, TVs, mobile phones, landlines, laptops and even battery or power tools.
The bins are at 13 Topview Rd, Taupiri and are open seven days a week – “so feel free to use them. There is no charge for this service.”
Luke says the service is all about helping the environment to stay clean and free of electronic waste.
