Feedback sought on new water bylaw

Wanted – your feedback on a new Waikato District Council Water Supply Bylaw which will combine the former Franklin County and existing Waikato district water supply bylaws.

The new water bylaw applies to the protection and operation of the public water supply system in the Waikato district.

Submissions can be made online (click here for handy link) or by downloading a copy from the website and posting the submission in using the freepost form.

All submissions must be in by 4pm on Thursday 23 May, and will be presented at June’s Policy and Regulatory committee hearing.
