Misty market draws the crowds
A light fog got the day off to a brisk start at April’s Gordonton Country Market.
That didn’t stop the locals flocking to where it was all happening:
…or selling their produce:
…or bringing along their pumpkins.
Craft was everywhere to be seen:
Ji-Soo Kim with her floral creations:
Some perfectly presented tasty treats:
For some it was time to catch up on the news:
While others were getting their hands dirty:
Jenny Smith makes a new friend:
With a change of seasons, it’s a good idea to boost the health with some microgreens:
Or enliven your life with cool art:
Or sparkly jewellery:
Jacquie and Nigel Haselden enjoy the morning:
And a wee tastie of the special waffles:
And to finish, not to mention the sweet treats on offer:
See you at next month’s market. (By which time you’ll be bundled up in gloves and scarves… as will I!)
Hey!
Where are the chocolate brownies!!! ???
I tasted some of the most excellent chocolate brownies at that market that I have ever had!
(They were gluten free too, which made them super light, even though I can eat gluten. Simply Yummie!)
