Game on (but watch the weather)

This Sunday the Woodlands cricket team takes on members from Waikato District Council in what is sure to be an epic contest – if the forecast rain clears in time.

In a previous game Kaipaki won despite some fine performances from  Woodlands.

Highlights included William Riddell who took three wickets in one over, Ant Rigter taking two brilliant catches, and Katrina Banks who took another off Ant’s bowling. 

Andy Gurnell and Mike Stewart both took 30 runs before retiring.

This Sunday’s game is set to start at 11am.
