Food Connection’s mighty bean

Yorng Dul, of Gordonton’s Food Connection, is also a champion grower of veg.

She just sent in these photographs of her could-be prize-winning legume.

The beast in question is a Yardlong Bean, noted for its extra length. They grow to be about 60 – 70cm.

However, Yorng’s monster bean is 95cm and still growing.
